Die Bedeutung der Eco-Emotions für die psychotherapeutischen Aus- und Fortbildung

Die psychischen Auswirkungen der Klimakrise sind allgegenwärtig, insbesondere starke Gefühle der Angst, Wut, Trauer, Verzweiflung und weitere. Je nach Studie, Erhebungsmethode und erfragten Gefühlen, erleben zwischen 40% und 60% der Bevölkerung weltweit solche Eco-Emotions, also mehrere Milliarden Menschen! Dennoch werden Eco-Emotions oder gar die Behandlung derselben in einer psychotherapeutischen Aus- oder Fortbildung im deutschsprachigen Raum kaum thematisiert. Deshalb wird nach einer Einführung in die Eco-Emotions ein Fortbildungsplan entwickelt, der sämtliche relevanten Aspekte der Eco-Emotions für die psychotherapeutische Praxis umfasst.
